*YNiC Winter Closure* YNiC will be closed between the *19th of December and 9th of January*. This will include access to the scanners, user support and open plan. *The remote desktop may be unavailable on Wednesday the 21st of December* while patching work is carried out, but should remain available otherwise.

*YNiC User Inductions* If you are aware of any new students/staff that will require access to YNiC and/or an IT account, they must attend a YNiC user induction. Our next induction will be held on *Tuesday the 10th of January, at 10:00*. Please ask them to contact support@ynic.york.ac.uk to sign up.
