YNiC will be closed between the 19th of December and 9th of January. This will include access to the scanners, user support and open plan. The remote desktop may be unavailable on Wednesday the 21st of December while patching work is carried out, but should remain available otherwise.

If you are aware of any new students/staff that will require access to YNiC and/or an IT account, they must attend a YNiC user induction. Our next induction will be held on Tuesday the 10th of January, at 10:00.  Please ask them to contact support@ynic.york.ac.uk to sign up.
