Please not that the YNiC Research Governance Committee has released a new version of the YNiC RGC application form, along with updated guidance for completion of the form.

The new versions can be found at on the "How to apply to use the centre for a study" page (https://www.ynic.york.ac.uk/information/application) or directly at the forms download page (https://www.ynic.york.ac.uk/forms).

These versions should be used for all future submissions.
