Hello all,

Just a reminder and a little more information about this Thursday's Seminar at YNiC. Mark has prepared an introduction to Unix that I will do my very best to translate into something we mere mortals can understand. This week we'll be covering some of the generic basics, including the permissions problem I know has been an issue of late. There'll also be information on some simple command line tools and the basics of scripting.

Next week we'll be looking at YNiC specific information, including some useful hints and tips that will hopefully help to save you time and blood pressure.
