Dear Users This week's YNiC session (4-5pm) will consist of a discussion led by Prof. Sue Gathercole on strategies for successful grant applications, followed by a YNiC project proposal by George Tsoulas. 1) 16.00-16.45 Professor Sue Gathercole, who is a member of the Medical Research Council's Neurosciences and Mental Health Board, will lead a discussion of how to optimize the chances of success with grant applications. Other researchers with experience of applying successfully for grants, working for grant awarding bodies etc. will then be invited to contribute their own thoughts.
