Please see details below regarding upcoming inductions, training sessions, and this week's COGS meeting.

*YNiC User Inductions* If you are aware of any new students/staff that will require access to YNiC and/or an IT account, they must attend a YNiC user induction. Our next induction will be on *Tuesday the 8th of October, at 10:00am*. Please ask them to contact support@ynic.york.ac.uk to sign up.

*Level 0 operator training*The next L0 training session will be held on *Wednesday the 9th of October, 13:00-15:00.* Please note that users requesting Level 0 training should be a PhD, RA/Postdoc, or staff, and should already have a project proposal submitted to YNiC. Please email support@ynic.york.ac.uk if you have any questions or wish to book on to this session. Please note that sessions are limited to 4 trainees, which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

*COGS: Wednesday at 11am at YNiC* At this semester's first COGS session, we’ll be hosting an ECR roundtable at *11:00am this Wednesday, October 2nd, at YNiC*. Everyone is welcome — we’re particularly keen to have PhD students and post-docs join us. We'll have an informal discussion about the cognitive neuroscience methodologies each of us is using and/or interested in, and how YNiC can better support your research.
