Dear all
Last night we had a disk failure in our of our storage arrays which
caused some issues with a few servers and some of the file shares. We
restarted the servers affected which included the remote desktops this
morning. The cluster was then rebooted and a file system check was
performed on /scratch/home at 12:00 to check for any errors. All systems
we back to normal from 1pm.
Dear all,
Unfortunately, we have had a number of issues following on from this
incident. We have been working to get everything back up and running
but YNiC open plan will be closed tomorrow morning to allow us to finish
off some of the work. We aim to re-open at midday. If you are scanning
in MRI or TMS tomorrow, please attend as usual and we will aim to make
sure that it is possible to scan.
Apologies for the unplanned downtime. We will update you as soon as
possible tomorrow.
