Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research fellow position in the laboratory of Dr. Kestas Kveraga (http://www.kveragalab.org/) at the Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will work on a project investigating the neurodynamics of visual threat perception in anxiety disorders and normal populations using MEG, fMRI, and eye-tracking as part of a 5-year NIMH grant. The Martinos Center houses an Elekta Neuromag Vectorview MEG system with integrated EEG, a TMS system, and many MRI scanners, including a PET-fMRI system and the Connectome scanner.
Applicants with a Ph.D. in neuroscience, physiology, psychology, biomedical engineering or a related field will be considered.The ideal candidate will have had substantial experience in MEG and/or EEG, fMRI, and strong programming skills in Matlab, Python, R or similar languages.Experience with MVPA and neural oscillations analyses is a strong plus.
This is a full-time position and is open immediately. Aminimum commitment of two years would be required with potential for renewal with good performance. Salary will be determined by experience according to the NIH scale.
