Unfortunately, we have been informed that our MRI scanner is included in a worldwide recall of a large portion of 3T Siemens scanners. This means that the scanner will not be available for use until a correction can be applied by Siemens engineers.
We are working with Siemens to expedite the correction, however, the corrective work will take a minimum of two days, beginning on Tuesday morning next week.
*If you have the scanner booked for Monday the 24th, Tuesday the 25th, or Wednesday the 26th of November, you will need to reschedule the scan to a later date - please contact your participants and inform them that you will need to reschedule.*
We currently expect that scanning will continue as normal on Thursday the 27th of November.
We will update you as soon as we have any further information. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue.
