Good morning everyone We just have a few reminders for users today. Firstly, as most of you will already be aware, YNiC open plan has hand sanitiser and surface wipes available for use. Should you wish to use them they can both be found near the coffee machine. Secondly, we would like to remind operators of our policy for cleaning scanner equipment between participants - please ensure this is always done after every participant is scanned. We also have a sink and hand sanitiser available in each scanner control room, as well as in the MRI corridor. *Closure:* Over the Easter period we will have a 'soft closure' from *Thursday 2nd April until Friday 17th April*. During this time there will be no operator cover provided and no user support, but users are still welcome to use open plan and book the scanners in the non-operator covered slots. *Level 0 operator Training:* Our next scheduled Level 0 training session will take place after the closure on Wednesday* 22nd April at 9:30am*. Please note that users requesting Level 0 training should be a PhD, RA/Postdoc, or staff, and should already have a project proposal submitted to YNiC. All users that wish to be operator trained must have First Aid training. Please ensure that this has been completed, or is booked in, before contacting us to arrange training. Email support(a)ynic.york.ac.uk if you have any questions or wish to book on to this session, and include which scanner you wish to be trained on. Please note that places are limited and are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Training must be booked at least a week before the session date, in order to reserve the scanner booking. *YNiC User Inductions:* If you are aware of any new students/staff that will require access to YNiC and/or an IT account, they must attend a YNiC user induction.
