We are seeking a motivated candidate to support the data analysis from several multimodal
translational neuroimaging projects on psychosis conducted at the Division of Psychiatry.
The primary objective is to develop the application of graph theoretical analysis and/or
causal modelling and related approaches to study effective connectivity to interrogate the
neuroimaging data acquired on 3T/7T MR scanners. The successful candidate will also
support ongoing teaching activities at the Division, in a discipline related to the post
holder’s line of work.
The post holder will be based at the Institute of Mental Health, University of Nottingham
Innovation Park.
Candidates should hold a BSc, or equivalent, in psychology or cognitive neuroscience (2:1
or higher) and a PhD or equivalent in a neuroscientific discipline (either awarded or due
for completion within 6 months). They must be able to demonstrate skills of programming
required for MRI analysis and experience of managing neuroimaging projects. Excellent
academic writing skills are expected. Candidates should also have significant experience
of delivering teaching to undergraduate students.
