Hello All,

There is a plaque in YNiC commemorating the opening of the centre 27th May 2005. YNiC is therefore 15 today. Under normal circumstances, we would have had a celebration. This will be postponed but in the meantime, I thought I would share some data:

Research Participants scanned: 4,512 Users of the YNiC facilities: 1,077 Research students (MSc + PhD): 614 Number of projects: 432 Scan Sessions: 19,662 Sequences run on MRI: 69,809 DICOM images acquired: 160,000,000

The vast majority of you receiving this will have contributed to some, many or all of those numbers. Thank you!

Also, huge thanks to the staff at YNiC past and present, who have made everything possible.

We look forward to a time when together we can resume research and teaching activities and provide our valued clinical service to the community.
