We have our YNiC seminar series starting again tomorrow at 1pm. *Dr Richard
Aveyard *will be presenting an introduction to the Brain Imaging Data
Structure (BIDS)*.*
*The Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) is becoming the standard format
for organizing and sharing neuroimaging data. It has been adopted by a
large number of research groups for internal use, as well as the OpenNeuro,
SchizConnect, Developing Human Connectome Project, and FCP-INDI databases.
This seminar will give a beginner's introduction to BIDS, and how it can be
combined with containerized computing.*
