First of all Andre Gouws will be giving a presentation 'Why psychopy?'. This will show the advantages of using this package for generating stimuli. It has fast become the package of choice - come and see why. Starts 1615 in YNiC this Thursday.
A few other things to report:
1) The GE scanner is continuing to serve us well following a service visit from GE last week.
2) We are progressing with fitting out and testing the Siemens scanner. We have received some generous contributions from grant holders to allow some more stimulus kit - for auditory experiments - to be ordered. We will keep you updated with progress.
3) The cluster was finally repaired over Christmas and we have had solid service since then. Other IT resources are working well.
4) MEG is still unavailable. Significant staff time is being spent on debugging the issue.
5) We have updated the website to indicate what happens during a pilot scan, so investigators know how to prepare for them.
This will enable us to deal with your request in the most efficient way.
Best wishes
Tony
