I hope everyone is doing OK?

As you might expect, we don't really have much YNiC news for you these days!

If you experience any issues with the remote desktop that cannot be resolved by the troubleshooting section on the wiki (https://www.ynic.york.ac.uk/docs/ITPages/RemoteDesktop), please send us a ticket to support@ynic.york.ac.uk and include screenshots and details of the error.   For any other assistance, please make sure you also use the support ticket system, rather than an individual's email address, so we can make sure messages don't get missed. 

We had a great Journal Club last Thursday, presented by Theo, and we hope to keep these going.  Please let me know if there is a paper you find interesting and would like to present.  This is the link to the google hangout, for Thursdays at 4pm:  https://meet.google.com/mzy-titj-yrq . We haven't got a paper for this week yet but I'll keep you posted.
