Useful stuff?

Hi Occasionally I torment myself and revisit a task switching study that I have yet to get closure on. You may find the following helpful - sorry if this is old news. I recently discovered this paper Woo, C.-W., Krishnan, A., & Wager, T. D. (2014). Cluster-extent based thresholding in fMRI analyses: Pitfalls and recommendations. Neuroimage, 91, 412-419. doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2013.12.058 which offers some seemingly sensible rules of thumb regarding whole brain analyses and cluster correction (regardless I’m sticking with .005!) In addition I have found the following matlab tools very useful tal2mni.m mni2tal.m that can be downloaded from here http://imaging.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/imaging/MniTalairach you will need spm-matrix.m but this can be downloaded here https://code.google.com/p/fieldtrip/source/browse/trunk/external/spm8/spm_m…. In return my Munster converter has stopped working due to JAVA issues any advice gratefully received.
